The following are the documents required to apply for the card:

• A passport, Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, PAN Card, and photograph are acceptable forms of identification (passport size).
• Utility bills, Aadhar cards, passports, and other forms of address proof are acceptable.
• Income proof consists of the most recent payslips/bank statements, Form 16, and the most recent ITR.

You can apply for this credit card online or in person at your nearest Axis Bank branch. However, in order for your application form for the card to be processed, you must provide a few papers.
