RBL Credit Card Customer Care Grievance Redressal

For all credit cardholders, RBL Bank provides a specific grievance redressal process. When you are not yet satisfied with the response provided by RBL Bank Customer Care, you can escalate your query to the next level.

However, before beginning the process, you must submit the following information to expedite the grievance process for your credit cards-

  • Your whole name.
  • Account information (if you are an existing customer.)
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email.)
  1. For the first level, you can call the toll-free number or contact RBL Bank's Manager (Credit Card Services) with any questions. After receiving your inquiry, the bank will answer within 10 working days.

  2. If you have not received a response within 10 days or are dissatisfied with the reply given, you can escalate your complaint to the second level and contact the Head of Credit Card Services.

  3. If the Head of Credit Card Services does not respond within 10 working days, you can contact the nodal officer directly.

Ombudsman Scheme

This scheme was implemented with the goal of facilitating the resolution of any customer complaints regarding bank services. This also makes it easier to satisfy and resolve all client issues.

Ombudsmen are regarded for their objectivity and independence, and they provide free services. They also look into concerns that have not been resolved by banks.

When you have not received a 'final response within 30 days, you can easily contact the Banking Ombudsman. The Banking Ombudsman Scheme is a low-cost forum where clients can get their complaints resolved. The RBI established the Banking Ombudsman Scheme under Section 35 A of the Banking Regulation Act of 1949.

There are now 20 Banking Ombudsman with offices in state capitals. The addresses and contact information for the Banking Ombudsman offices are listed in Annex I of the Scheme. 

When you do not get a response from the bank within a set amount of time, you may register a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman.

A letter to the Banking Ombudsman can be used to file a complaint with the Ombudsman.
