Redressal System of SBI Credit Card
Suppose you are dissatisfied with the response provided by State Bank of India Credit Card Customer Care within the time range specified. You can escalate your query to the nodal/principal nodal officer through the bank. When you escalate the issue, you will be given an Interaction ID.
To escalate the issue, simply go to the SBI Card's query escalation page and input your Interaction ID and mobile number. You will receive an OTP on the number; enter it to continue. Following a successful escalation, the bank will keep you informed of the latest developments.

Types of Major SBI Credit Card Enquiries
Here are the types of major SBI credit card enquiries-
1) Theft
When the SBI credit card has been stolen or even lost, you will have to call 1800 180 1290 or 1860 180 1290. This number would direct you to the IVR; make sure that you dial the number - 2 in order to report the card has been lost or stolen. When you prefer to block the SBI credit card online, you will have to do the steps that have been mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official portal or website of the State Bank of India.
Step 2: Clock on SBI credit card lost or stolen.
Step 3: You will be cross-verified, and you can directly block the SBI credit card. When you want to reactivate the SBI credit card, you would have to apply for a new one.
2) Utilization
When the SBI credit card limit has already been exhausted, the card can be blocked. In order to unblock, you will have to follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Transact an instant payment and bring the amount that is owed on the card below the credit limit.
Step 2: If that is an error, you can call the customer hotline number.
3) Card Block
If your credit card has been blocked because of suspicious activity, you can easily unblock it by calling the customer service center. When the credit card account has been permanently blocked and you want to reactivate it, you can request the same after calling the customer service center. This needs to be done within a period of three months for the card to be blocked.
When you want to reactivate your card after this period, you would have to apply for the new credit card from the State Bank of India.

SBI Ombudsman Scheme
The Ombudsman scheme was implemented with the goal of resolving any SBI credit card complaint about the services provided by banks. This also makes it easier to satisfy and resolve all client issues. If you have not received a 'last response within 30 days, you can easily contact the Banking Ombudsman. There are now 20 Banking Ombudsman with offices in state capitals. A letter to the Banking Ombudsman can be used to file a complaint with the Ombudsman.
