RTO Haryana

Haryana Vehicle Registration Process

Follow all the steps that are mentioned here to register your vehicle with the Regional Transport Office, Haryana:

  • Step 1: Go to your local RTO.
  • Step 2: Obtain the vehicle registration application form (temporary or permanent, depending on your situation).
  • Step 3: Complete the application form and sign it in all the required places.
  • Step 4: Submit the application with the relevant papers.

How to Get a Driving License through Regional Transport Office in Haryana?

Follow these procedures to apply for a driving license through the official portal of e Vahan Haryana:

  • Step 1: Visit the Vahan Haryana official website (https://haryanatransport.gov.in/).
  • Step 2: Go to ‘Online Services’ and select the ‘Driving Licence’ option.
  • Step 3: Fill out the application form to apply for the driving license. Upload all the supporting documents.
  • Step 4: Pay the application fee of Rs. 200.
  • Step 5: Now schedule a driving test at any nearby RTO centre.

After successfully completing the driving test, the applicant will receive a driving license from the RTO.

Documents Required to Obtain a License in RTO Haryana

Applicants must produce the following documents when applying for a driving license in Haryana-

  • Address Proof: Aadhaar card, voter ID, passport, utility bills, house rent agreement.
  • Date of Birth Proof: PAN card, birth certificate, and school leaving certificate.
  • Three passport-size photos.
  • Form 4.
  • If the applicant is applying for a commercial driver's license, they will need a driver training certificate.
  • Form 1A.
  • Original Learning License.
