Step 1: Go to any nearby RTO in Delhi.
Step 2: Gather the application form for vehicle registration.
Step 3: Finish the application form and submit it to the RTO.
Step 4: Submit copies of all RTO-required documents.
Step 5: Once the essential documents and application form are submitted to the RTO, the vehicle will be verified and physically inspected by an Inspecting Authority at the zonal office. If all the information is found to be correct, the vehicle will be successfully registered under RTO.
