The following documents are necessary when applying-

• Copy of PAN Card or Form 60 Passport-sized photo.
• Voter ID, Driver's License, Aadhar Card, Passport, and other forms of identification are acceptable.
• Utility bills, passports, and Aadhar cards are examples of address proof.
• Evidence of Income: Most recent pay stubs, bank statements, or ITR.
