You can register your vehicle at the Kollam RTO office by following the steps explained below:

Step 1: Visit the Regional Transport Office in Kollam with your motor vehicle and request a vehicle registration form.

Step 2: Fill out the form and attach the required documents, such as ID proof, vehicle invoice, insurance copy, PUCC, and more. 

Step 3: Following this, your vehicle will be inspected by an officer at the RTO.

• Book a slot for the driver's license test.

Step 2: Click on ‘All forms’ and then download Form 38/application form for the Fitness certificate.

Step 3: Take the printout and fill out the form accurately. 

Step 4: Attach the required documents and submit them at the Kollam RTO Office.
