The processes for obtaining a DL online in Uttarakhand are as follows.
Step 1: Go to the official website of mparivahan uttarakhand (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//en/content/mparivahan).
Step 2: Select "DL Related Services" from the "Online Services" menu.
Step 3: Choose "Uttarakhand" as your state of domicile and click the "Apply for LL" button.
Step 4: Fill out all of the essential information, upload the necessary papers, pay the applicable costs, and reserve a time for the LL test.
Step 5: Take the test and get your Learner's License after passing it.
Step 6: Go to the Parivahan website again and click on the "Apply for DL" link under the DL Related Services menu.
Step 7: Select "Applicant holds DL," fill out the form, and submit the relevant documents.
Step 8: Go to the "Appointments" tab and schedule a DL test appointment after 30 days.
Step 9: Pay the driving license and driving test fees and save the payment receipt for future reference.
On the given date, go to the RTO and take the driving test. The test will be overseen by an RTO inspector. Following test clearance, your biometrics data and driver's license will be mailed to you.
