• Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, and other forms of identification are acceptable.
• Passports, utility bills, voter IDs, Aadhar cards, driving licenses, rent agreements, municipal or property tax receipts, and house allocation letters provided by the central or state government are all acceptable forms of address proof.
• Income Proof: For self-employed persons, the most recent ITR (Income Tax Return) / Form 16; for salaried employees, the most recent salary slip.
