The fund house received in-principle approval from SEBI on August 26, 2024, and was granted final approval on April 11, 2025, to launch and operate mutual fund schemes.
Founded by Deepak Shenoy, Capitalmind brings over a decade of experience in investment research and asset management, with ₹4,900+ crore in AUM (as of June 2025) across its PMS.
With the mutual fund launch, the company aims to bring its data-centric, transparent, and long-term investing philosophy to a broader audience through mutual fund products.
