Kotak Net Banking

Any individual who applies for the Kotak Mahindra Net Banking services can enjoy the following benefits and services:

• It provides 24x7 access to your bank account. 
• Through Kotak Internet Banking services, one can keep track of their transactions and download mini-statements and bank account statements. 
• Customers can choose to make investments online through the net banking portal.
• The Internet banking facility enables access services such as requesting a chequebook online, pausing the request for a chequebook,  ATM debit/credit card block and unblocking, paying bills online, etc.
• Users can transfer money online to Kotak Mahindra Bank or other bank accounts through IMPS, RTGS, and NEFT.
• An individual can do Demat account opening, make mutual fund investments, and apply for life insurance policies through the net banking services of Kotak Mahindra.

Here is the step-by-step process to register for the net banking services of Kotak Mahindra Bank:

Step 1: Go to the Kotak Internet Banking portal (https://www.kotak.com/en/digital-banking/ways-to-bank/net-banking.html). Click the ‘Login’ button.

Step 2: Enter the CRN, username or card number on the next page to register for the net banking services. Enter the Captcha code and click the ‘Next’ button.

Step 3: Now, enter the Kotak Mahindra Bank account number and the phone number that has been registered with this account.

Step 4: A one-time password will be sent to the phone number registered with the Kotak Mahindra Bank account.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received on the registered phone number. The user will be prompted to enter the ATM card details. 

Step 6: Click the ‘Submit’ button after entering the ATM card number and PIN. 

Step 7: Read and accept the terms and conditions on the next page. Click on ‘Proceed’.

Step 8: The user will be asked to create a password for the Kotak Internet Banking activation.

Step 9: A pop-up message will be displayed after the registration is successfully done.

Step 10: The user can use this user ID and password to log in to their net banking account.

Customers can log in to Kotak Mahindra Net Banking by following these steps:

•  Open the Kotak Mahindra Bank online website (https://www.kotak.com/en/digital-banking/ways-to-bank/net-banking.html).
• Click the ‘Login’ button.
• Enter the Kotak Net Banking Login Password and your registered phone number or customer ID.
• After entering the correct details, click on the ‘Proceed’ option.
• The user will now be logged into the Kotak Mahindra Bank Internet Banking portal.

Kotak Corporate Banking users can log in to the net banking portal by following these steps:

• Go to the online website of Kotak Bank Net Banking.
• On the login page, enter the Kotak Corporate Net Banking ID and password provided by the bank.
• Then, click the ‘Submit’ button.
• The corporate user will now be able to access the net banking services.

Here is the step-by-step process to reset or change the Kotak Mahindra Bank net banking password:

Step 1: Visit the official portal of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Step 2: On the login page, click on the option ‘Forgot Password’.

Step 3: The user will be redirected to a new page. Enter the registered phone number and customer ID.

Step 4: Once the details have been entered and submitted, an OTP will be sent to the registered phone number.

Step 5: Enter the OTP that was received and click on proceed.

Step 6: The user will be asked to create a new password on the next page. Re-enter the password to confirm it.

Step 7: Click on ‘Proceed’. A pop-up will be displayed on the screen after successful completion.

Kotak Mahindra Bank has also introduced a digital banking solution through the Kotak mobile banking app. This application allows the customer to access their bank account anywhere and at any time.

Here is the step-by-step process to activate Kotak mobile banking services:

Step 1: Download the Kotak Mahindra m-Banking app either from Playstore or the Apple App Store.

Step 2: Once the application has been downloaded and successfully installed, open the application for login.

Step 3: On the homepage, there are two options, new customer and existing customer. Choose “New Customer” to register for the services.

Step 4: Enter your account details, such as customer ID and registered phone number. Click on ‘Proceed’.

Step 5: An OTP will be sent to the registered phone number. Enter the OTP and click on ‘confirm’.

Step 6: Now, the user will be redirected to create an MPIN for security reasons.

Step 7: Create a six-digit MPIN for log-in purposes on the Kotak Mahindra Bank mobile banking application. 

Step 8: The process to activate the Kotak Mahindra m-banking service is now successful.
