UBI net banking customers can perform online transactions, view account balances, request a chequebook, and access all other banking needs online. To use the Union Bank of India online services, one must register for the services.

  • Apply for a new credit card or debit card.
  • Invest in mutual funds, open an FD account and demat account online.
  • Users can utilize the UBI Internet banking facility to make online transfers through RTGS, IMPS, or NEFT.

Union Bank of India Net Banking Registration

There are two major ways to register for Union Bank of India net banking options, and they are:

  • Online Method
  • Offline Method 

1) Online Method to Register for Union Bank of India Internet Banking

Here is the step-by-step process to register for Union Bank of India Internet Banking:

Step 1: The user must first go to the Union Bank of India official portal (https://www.unionbankonline.co.in/) and click the ‘Retail Login’ button. For corporate users, select the ‘Corporate Login’ option.

Step 2: Choose the ‘new user’ option on the next page.

Step 3: The user will be redirected to enter their registered phone number, account number, customer id, and email id. Click the ‘Submit’ button.

Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP and click ‘Proceed’.

Step 5: After this, the user will be redirected to create a new password.

Step 6: Enter the new password and confirm it. A pop-up will be displayed showing 'successfully registered.'

2) Offline Method to Register for UBI Net Banking

Here are the steps to do the registration process offline:

Step 1: Go to the nearest Union Bank of India branch.

Step 2: Fill out the application form and attach the ID and address proof.

Step 3: After the user submits the form, the bank will process their Internet banking request.

Step 4: After successful verification, the user will be provided with a user ID and password.

Step 5: The Union Bank Net Banking services will be activated within 24 hours.

Union Bank of India Net Banking Login Process

Both the retail users and UBI corporate net banking users can refer to the following steps to log in to the Union Bank of India Net Banking:

Step 1: Go to the net banking portal of Union Bank (https://www.unionbankonline.co.in/). 

Step 2: Click on the login button at the top-right corner. Select either ‘Retail Login’ or ‘Corporate Login’.

Step 3: Go through the security guidelines on the next page. Now, click on ‘Continue to Login’ to proceed further.

Step 4: Enter your customer ID and password on the next page. Retail users must enter their Union Bank Retail Net Banking or Personal Banking ID and password created during registration. Whereas UBI Corporate net banking users must enter their corporate ID and password details for login purposes. 

Step 5: Click on ‘Login’ after entering the details.

How to Reset UBI Net Banking Password?

In certain situations, there are changes for a user to forget their net banking password. In that case, the user can follow these steps to reset their Union Bank Internet Banking password:

  • Go to the Internet Banking page.
  • Click on “Create New Password /Forgot Password”. You will be redirected to a new page. 
  • Enter your Login ID and bank account number. Click ‘Continue’
  • On the next screen, enter your Union Bank Debit Card Number, ATM PIN, and Registered phone number and click ‘Continue’.
  • Now enter the OTP received on your registered mobile Number.
  • In the next step, you will be asked to create a new login and transaction password. Confirm the password once created.
