2) Through Customer Care:

  • The user can call HDFC's phone banking or customer service numbers and request that the net banking option be activated. 
  • The user will be requested to provide their customer ID, contact address, and phone number. 
  • The bank will send the HDFC net banking details within five working days. It will be mailed to the current address provided by the person.

3) Through the ATM 

The HDFC bank also offers net banking registration through the nearest HDFC Bank ATM. 

  • To do so, the user must go to the nearest HDFC Bank ATM and utilize his ATM card while supplying the pin.

  • The account holder can also complete the new online registration process through the HDFC Net Banking portal (https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/).
  • On the login page, select ‘First Time Uer’.
  • Enter Customer ID and Captcha Code. Click on ‘Continue’
  • Enter the bank account details for which net banking service is required.
  • Enter the OTP received on the registered phone number. 
  • Generate your net banking password. Create a new password and re-enter it to confirm it.
