Step 3: On successful verification, you will be displayed with the tick on the screen.

Step 4: You will then be asked to swipe a pattern to log in instead of entering the PIN, and then you need to click on the option register now and wish to go ahead.

Step 5: You could also register for IndusMobile services utilizing the net banking credentials or the credit and debit card details. You can choose a preferred option.

Step 6: If you choose to enter the internet banking credentials, then you can enter it and click on submit.

Step 7: There will be an OTP sent to your phone number, and then you need to enter the OTP and click on submit.

Step 8: Select the user ID of your choice and the way of authentication; then, you would prefer to log in and transact utilizing the IndusMobile from the available options.

Step 9: You could also set a profile picture for the account.

Step 10: When the current device is the primary device to access the application, you can click on yes.

The app does not show my credit card account. So, what should I do now?

For your credit card to display on IndusMobile, you must first link it to your IndusNet account. Link the card to your IndusNet account by logging in. You can also phone the customer care desk at 18605005004 and request that the account be linked to the card.

Is it possible to register on several devices?

Yes, you can register on many devices with the Bank. However, if you register on more than five devices, your account will be deactivated on the oldest one.

Why can't I add beneficiaries to my IndusMobile account?

On IndusNet or IndusMobile, you can only add two beneficiaries each day. You may try the next day again.

Is there a limit to the sum of money I can spend on IndusMobile?

On IndusMobile, you can make transactions valued up to Rs.2 lakh every day. Furthermore, the daily limit for mobile and DTH recharges is Rs.10,000 per subscriber, while the daily limit for Cash-on-Mobile is Rs.5,000 per customer.

Is it possible for me to examine the transaction history from two years ago?

The 'Transaction Query' function on IndusNet can only show you the latest 12 months' worth of transaction history.
