If you process the transfer online, the NEFT service is open to customers 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year. If the consumer wishes to process the transfer offline, he or she must contact the bank's branch and inquire about the NEFT timings. Banks are closed on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.
The following are the requirements for using the NEFT service-
Step 1: To transfer funds from one ICICI bank account to another, go to the ICICI bank website and sign in to your online banking account.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Payments & Transfer' tab and select the 'Fund Transfer' option.
Step 3: Select the 'Other Bank Account' option.
Step 4: Select the appropriate payee or the account person to whom the transfer is to be made.
Step 5: Fill in the blanks with additional information, such as the fund amount and any transaction remarks, if applicable.
Step 6: Enter your ATM or debit card information.
Step 7: Once the payment has been properly completed, a confirmation number will be presented.
Please keep in mind that in order to transfer funds to someone else's account, that person must first be a registered payee in your internet banking account. If this is the first NEFT transfer to an account holder, the first step is to register the payee.
People who are unable to process NEFT transactions online can obtain the service by visiting a bank branch that accepts NEFT. The steps for processing NEFT transactions offline are listed below.

Step 2: Submit the paperwork to the bank representative.
Step 3: Following verification, the bank official would debit the account and transfer the funds to the beneficiary's account using NEFT.
Step 1: Access the internet banking service from any device.
