The Regional Transport Office of Roorkee provides the public with a range of license and vehicle-related services. These include:

• Transfer of Vehicle Ownership: Motor vehicle owners can also change the ownership details on their RC book through the Regional Transport Office of Roorkee. 

• Issuance of Vehicle NOC for Another State: It also issues a no-objection certificate or an NOC to transfer your motor vehicle registration to another state.

• Issuing Learning Licenses and Driving Licenses: The RTO Office Roorkee also issues licenses, such as learner's licenses, driver's licenses, and international driving permits. 

•  License Renewal and Updation: One can also renew or change the details of their license through the Roorkee RTO office.

• Renewal of Vehicle Registration: As per the Motor Vehicle Act, a permanent Vehicle RC is only valid for a period of 15 years. Therefore, the owners of the vehicle must apply for the vehicle re-registration to renew their registration certificates.
