Mumbai-based manufacturers of 22kt CZ casting gold jewellery, Shanti Gold International, filed its RHP (Red Herring Prospectus) on July 17, 2025. The company is launching its IPO on July 25, 2025. The bidding window is scheduled to close on July 29, 2025. 

The anchor investor bidding date is July 24, 2025. The basis of allotment will be finalised by July 30, 2025, and the tentative listing on BSE and NSE is August 1, 2025. 

Offer Details

  • Price Band: The IPO price band is set at ₹189 to ₹199 per share.
  • Lot Size:
    • For retail investors: 1 lot (75 shares), requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,175. 
    • For Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs)
      • sNII (small NII): Minimum application of 14 lots (1,050 shares), requiring an investment of ₹2,08,950. 
      • bNII (big NII): Minimum application of 68 lots (5,100 shares), requiring an investment of ₹10,14,900.
  • Book-running lead manager: Choice Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd
  • Registrar: Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd
  • Use of Proceeds: The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to - 
    • Fund working capital requirements
    • Fund capital expenditure requirements to set up the proposed Jaipur facility  
    • Repay/prepay outstanding borrowings 
    • General corporate purposes 

About the company

Shanti Gold International manufactures 22kt CZ casting gold jewellery. Their product range includes everything from traditional to contemporary designs, featuring bangles, rings, necklaces, earrings, and full bridal sets. 

The company’s manufacturing operations are centralised at an integrated production unit in Andheri East, Mumbai, covering a total area of approximately 13,448.86 square feet.
