JSW Steel Q4 FY26 Results: Q4 Net Profit at ₹16,370 Crores, Declares ₹7.10 Dividend
JSW Steel’s Board of Directors, at the meeting held on 14 May 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31 March 2026.
On a consolidated basis, JSW Steel's total revenue from operations for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 was reported at ₹51,180 crore, up 14.37% from ₹44,819 crore in Q4 FY25. Total income, including other income for the period, stands at ₹51,521 crore.
Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter came in at a whopping 989.16% increase from ₹1,503 crore in Q4 FY25 to ₹16,370 crore in Q4 FY26. Earnings per equity share, basic and diluted, were reported at ₹8.58 and ₹8.56, respectively, for Q4 FY26.
EBITDA was reported at ₹8,634 crore for Q4 FY26 in comparison to ₹6,378 crore in Q4 FY25
For the full year, total revenue from operations was reported at ₹185,470 crore, a 9.86% increase from ₹1,68,824 crore in FY25. Net profits grew by 630.68 % from ₹3,491 crore in FY25 to ₹25,508 crore in FY26.
JSW Steel Announces Dividend of ₹7.10
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹7.10/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Other Key Highlights
The company reported that its Consolidated Production for the quarter was 7.49 million tonnes, up 0.1% QoQ and down 2% YoY.
Steel Sales for the quarter were the highest ever, at 7.97 million tonnes, higher by 4% QoQ and 6% YoY.
Domestic sales at 7.09 million tonnes were also the highest ever, up 8% QoQ and 6% YoY. The institutional sales volumes increased by 7% QoQ and 5% YoY, while retail sales increased by 6% QoQ and 3% YoY. Exports were at 0.75 million tonnes, up 36% YoY, contributing 10% of sales from the Indian operations in Q4 FY26.
The Profit after Tax for the quarter was ₹19,243 crores after considering an exceptional gain of ₹17,888 crores, which includes ₹18,051 crores gain on slump sale of BPSL steel undertaking and 163 crores exceptional charge on Employee obligations arising from the implementation of the New Labour Code in Q4, in addition to the charge taken in Q3.
