
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has approved Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited for its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). This follows the initial filing made by the automotive lighting supplier in December 2025 for a proposed ₹600 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The ₹600 crore public offering is a 100% book-built issue, combining a fresh issue valued at ₹400 crore with a ₹200 crore offer for sale (OFS).
While the Company plans to list its shares on both the BSE and NSE, the formal timeline, including the anchor investor bidding window and the specific opening and closing dates for the public, is yet to be finalised.

Incorporated in 1992, Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited is an established manufacturer and global supplier of automotive lighting products and components for OEMs across a broad spectrum of vehicle categories, including PVs, CVs, ORs, 3Ws, and 2Ws.
The Company operates three semi-automated, partially vertically integrated manufacturing units, with two located in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, and one in Pune, Maharashtra. As of October 31, 2025, Neolite maintains a diverse portfolio of more than 830 stock-keeping units ("SKUs"), providing an extensive range of automotive lighting components and products.
Adapting to the industry trend toward sustainability and electrification, the Company's offerings now include specialised lighting products for electric vehicles ("EV").
Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited reported its financial performance for the 2025 fiscal year, achieving ₹124.4 crore in revenue from operations. During this period, the Company's profit after tax was ₹22.2 crore, while operating EBITDA was ₹36.8 crore. Additionally, the firm maintained a net debt of ₹60.3 crore.
