Om Power Transmission IPO enters its second day of bidding today, on April 10, 2026 after seeing active participation for Day 1 from the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). The bidding window will remain open till April 13, 2026, for public subscription. 

The allotment process for Om Power Transmission IPO is expected to be finalised on April 15, 2026, and the shares will be listed on both NSE and BSE. The tentative listing date is fixed as April 17, 2026. Om Power Transmission Ltd is engaged in power transmission infrastructure projects, including high-voltage (HV) and extra-high-voltage (EHV) transmission lines, substations, and underground cabling.

  • Price Band: The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹166-₹175 per share
  • Lot Size: The minimum lot size for an application is 85 shares. 
  • Minimum Investment: The minimum investment required for a retail individual investor is ₹14,110.
  • Lead Managers: Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited is the book-running lead manager of the issue.
  • Registrar: MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited) is the registrar.

On Day 2, Om Power Transmission IPO saw a subscription of 0.47 times as per the NSE data on April 10, 2026, 11:27 a.m. The public issue was subscribed to 0.43 times by Retail Individual Investors (RIIs), 0.15 times by Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and 0.78 times by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). 

Utilisation of Proceeds

The Company will utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards the following purposes:

  • Funding of capital expenditure requirements of our Company towards the purchase of machinery and equipment.
  • Pre-payment/ re-payment, in part or in full, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company.
