Max Healthcare Institute Q4 FY26 Results: PAT Increases to ₹342 Crore ; Declares Dividend of ₹2
Max Healthcare Institute Limited disclosed its financial performance for the final quarter and the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Along with the results, the board proposed a final dividend of ₹ per share for the 2025 fiscal year.
Max Healthcare's consolidated revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹2,142.89 crore, up 12.2% from ₹1,909.74 crore in Q4 FY25. Total income for the quarter was ₹2,190.72 crore, up 11.9% from ₹1,956.66 crore a year ago.
Net profit for the quarter was ₹342.22 crore, up 7.3% from ₹319.00 crore in Q4 FY25. Earnings per share (basic) for the quarter stood at ₹3.28, up from ₹2.59 in Q4 FY25. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹1,726.14 crore, up 11.0% from ₹1,554.16 crore in Q4 FY25.
For the full financial year ended 31st March, 2026, Max Healthcare's consolidated revenue from operations rose 19.1% to ₹8,373.45 crore from ₹7,028.46 crore in FY25, reflecting both organic growth and the addition of new hospitals to the network. Total income for the year was ₹8,536.07 crore, up 18.8% from ₹7,184.10 crore.
Profit before exceptional items and tax for the full year came in at ₹1,723.82 crore, up 16.5% from ₹1,480.00 crore in FY25.
Net profit for the full year was ₹1,442.41 crore, up a strong 34.1% from ₹1,075.88 crore in FY25.
Total assets as of 31st March, 2026, stood at ₹17,230.94 crore, up 13.3% from ₹15,214.48 crore a year ago, driven by significant additions to property, plant and equipment and goodwill from new hospital acquisitions. Net cash generated from operating activities for the year was ₹1,633.32 crore, up 13.6% from ₹1,437.96 crore in FY25. Earnings per share (basic) for the full year stood at ₹14.83, up 33.9% from ₹11.07 in FY25.
Max Healthcare Announces Dividend of ₹2 per share
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹2/- per equity share (20% of the face value of ₹ 10/- each) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of the Members of the Company.
