Incorporated in 2023 and headquartered in Mumbai, NFP Sampoorna Foods Limited is a food processing and trading company engaged in the procurement, import, processing, grading, marketing and distribution of dry fruits.
NFP Sampoorna offers a diverse product range consisting of cashew nuts, fox nuts (makhana), walnuts, and almonds. These products are distributed to regional and domestic markets via institutional, B2C, and B2B channels.
The company maintains a strong physical presence through its dedicated retail outlet in Delhi's Khari Baoli, recognised as the premier wholesale hub for dry fruits in India. Beyond direct retail, it serves institutional clients and the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes/Catering) sector, supplying restaurants, sweet shops, and supermarkets.
The company has demonstrated strong financial growth over the reported periods, with revenue from operations rising to ₹3,687.50 lakh during the period ended November 30, 2025, compared to ₹3,563.67 lakh in FY25. EBITDA increased to ₹664.28 lakh and profit after tax (PAT) reached ₹348.71 lakh during the same period. EBITDA margin expanded to 18.01% from 13.17% in FY25, while PAT margin improved to 9.46% from 7.50% in FY25.
