Horizon Industrial Parks' initial public offering (IPO) is set to open for subscription on August 17, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹2,600.00 crore book-built issue comprises entirely of a fresh issue of 43.34 crore equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component
The IPO will remain open until August 19, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 14, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on August 20, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 24, 2026.

Incorporated in 2009 and backed by Blackstone Group, Horizon Industrial Parks is an industrial and logistics infrastructure platform in India. According to a JLL report, it is the country’s largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator by total network. As of the DRHP date, it owned 45 assets across 10 major cities, spanning 58.01 million square feet (msf). Its portfolio includes fulfillment centers, industrial facilities and in-city centers serving sectors such as e-commerce, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, automotive and renewable energy.
The company also provides integrated solutions such as turnkey development, solar energy, cold storage, staff accommodation and skill development centers. As of November 30, 2025, it had served more than 100 customers across various industries, including multinational corporations. Its strategically located facilities, technical capabilities and end-to-end services support its presence across India’s industrial and logistics infrastructure market.
