Groww: Growth Associate Program

What is Growth Associate Program?

Growth Associate Program is an internship program that aims at providing students the opportunity to become part of the growth story of the fastest growing fintech start-up in India. Students will learn about SmartSave, a revolutionary method of saving and in the process help us reach out to people in their network who will be benefited from SmartSave.

What is SmartSave?

SmartSave lets you store money while earning higher returns than a savings bank account. When you keep your money in a savings bank account, you get a return of around 3.5% per annum. With SmartSave, you can expect to get around 6.5% per annum. That is nearly double.

Selection Procedure

1. Round 1 will be a resume shortlist
2. Round 2 (Final Round) will be an online test

3. Round 3 will be a personal interview round

Shortlisted candidates after round 1 will receive an email with an online test link. Candidates need to take the test within the given time frame.

Project Duration

Project duration will be 5 weeks.

Project Responsibility

● Research and learn more about SmartSave feature on Groww and Liquid Funds.
● Identify people in your network who can avail the benefits of SmartSave and Groww app.
● Come up with creative ideas for persuading people to learn and adopt SmartSave.
● Complete your weekly task which will be communicated to you every week

Project Flow

This is a five-week internship:

● Every week you’ll receive a task through email which needs to be completed in the same week.
● Upon successful completion of all five tasks, you’ll receive a project completion certificate. In addition to the task specified, every extra effort will be noted and rewarded.
