How to Apply for a Driving License through RTO Office Meerut?
In order to apply for a license in Meerut, you will have to follow the steps that are listed below:
- Step 1: Visit the RTO Meerut official website (http://uptransport.upsdc.gov.in/en-us/RTO-LUCKNOW/RTO-MEERUT), where you will be directed to the Parivahan portal.
