Shringar House shares opened at ₹188.5 on NSE, showing a premium of ₹23.5 or 14.24% above the issue price of ₹165 per share. On the BSE, Shringar House's share price was listed at ₹187.70, indicating a premium of ₹22.7 or 13.76%.
The IPO listing was as per the grey market expectations. Ahead of the listing, the unlisted shares of Shringar House were trading at a Grey Market Premium of 12%.

Shringar House of Mangalsutra Ltd, incorporated in 2009, is a Mumbai-based designer, manufacturer, and marketer of premium mangalsutras (traditional gold necklaces) studded with stones like American diamonds, pearls, cubic zirconia, and semi-precious materials in 18k and 22k gold. It is a major supplier in the B2B segment, holding around 6% of India’s organised mangalsutra market.
The company serves a strong domestic network, including corporate clients, wholesalers, and retailers across 24 states and four union territories. It also exports to markets in the UK, USA, UAE, New Zealand, and Fiji.
The company also reported strong revenue growth, which increased 29.8% from ₹1,101.5 crore in FY24 to ₹1,429.8 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) also doubled from ₹31.1 crore in FY24 to ₹61.1 crore in FY25.
