Carlsberg India Ltd. has filed an updated draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for its proposed IPO. The company received SEBI’s observations on October 1, 2026, after initially submitting its draft papers through the confidential pre-filing route in July.

According to the updated DRHP dated October 27, the IPO will comprise an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 8.64 crore equity shares by its existing shareholder, South Asian Breweries Pvt. Ltd. The issue does not include a fresh issue of shares, meaning the proceeds will go to the selling shareholder rather than the company.
