BEL Q4 FY26 Results: Profit Rises 4.6% YOY to ₹2,225 Crore, Dividend of ₹0.55 Announced
The Navratna Defence PSU, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), announced its financial results for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, on May 19, 2026. The company reported a net profit of ₹2,225 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, a 4.6% increase compared to Q4 FY25. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share.
Consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter under consideration stood at ₹10,177 crore, as against ₹9,119 crore reported in the year-ago period, marking a 11.59% YoY increase.
Profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹2,203 crores in comparison to ₹2,104 crores recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year. Profit before tax increased from ₹2,847 crore in Q4 FY25 to ₹2,903 crore in Q4 FY26.
For the full financial year, revenue from operations rose 16.16% from ₹23,658 crore in FY25 to ₹27,479.63 crore in FY26, with profit after tax (PAT) at ₹6,048.48 crore, up 14.38% from ₹5,288.25 crore in FY25.
The company also reported a 13.89% increase in profit before tax (PBT), from ₹7,089.99 crore in FY25 to ₹8,075.04 crore in FY26.
Earnings per share (EPS) for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹3.04 on a basic & diluted basis compared to ₹2.91 in Q4 FY25. The company's order book position stood at ₹73,882 crore as on April 1, 2026.
BEL Declares Dividend of ₹0.55 per Equity Share
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
