Tata Power Slips 2.30% to ₹375.20; Stock in Focus Amid Upcoming Projects

Tata Power share prices closed at 375.20 today (March 28) as compared to the opening price of 384.05 for the day. This indicates a high price drop of 2.30% by the end of the day, even though the stock opened slightly higher than the closing. The stock also opened at 374.50 on March 27 in comparison to the 376 closing price on March 26.

At midday, the share price was at 378.05, which was about 1.56% more than the opening price. Prices did peak at 385.22 before witnessing a sharp fall and hitting 377.06 before reverting to the midday figure. Tata Power share prices will be keenly watched, considering the company’s upcoming project announcements and other developments.

Tata Power share prices touched 378.05 by midday, which was 1.56% lower than the opening price of 384.05. This indicates an underperforming nature of the stock by midday, particularly after it opened slightly more than the closing price. Prices peaked early at 385.22, before falling sharply and witnessing a downward curve throughout the day till now.

The lowest point has been 377.06 till now and the stock has recovered a bit to touch the current figure. However, the curve still remains downward sloping and it remains to be seen how investors finally react to its performance by the end of the day.

The opening price on March 27 stood at 374.50, which was lower than the closing price of 376 on March 26. As a result, this slight increase in share prices has come as a good starting development for investors who are closely following the stock’s fortunes. 

Tata Power share prices may be impacted further in day trading by the news of its growing solar rooftop installations throughout India, with almost 1.5 lakh of them being completed recently.
