Ola: Ola Electric has announced a limited-period Holi flash sale across its S1 range of electric scooters. This initiative, running until 17th March 2025, provides customers with discounts up to ₹26,750 on the S1 Air and ₹22,000 on the S1 X+ (Gen 2), effectively lowering their starting prices to ₹89,999 and ₹82,999, respectively. Furthermore, the company is extending discounts of up to ₹25,000 on the remainder of its S1 lineup, encompassing the latest S1 Gen 3 models.
Infosys: The company has revealed an extension of its strategic alliance with NYSE-listed Citizens, a prominent financial institution in the US. The collaboration will centre on advancements in key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and automation. This development aims to foster the creation of cloud-native domain platforms and facilitate a data centre exit for Citizens.
Coromandel International: The company has informed the stock exchanges of its acquisition of a 53% stake in NACL Industries Ltd for ₹820 crore. Additionally, Coromandel intends to launch an open offer to acquire an additional 26% equity stake in NACL.
BEML: BEML Limited and Siemens India signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore opportunities within the semi-high-speed and suburban passenger train segments, as well as the metro and commuter rail markets. Separately, BEML has also entered into an MoU with Dragflow S.R.L., Italy Forge, with the objective of strengthening indigenous dredging solutions.
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL): The ‘Navratna’ Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), has secured a ₹2,463 crore contract with the Ministry of Defence for the supply and maintenance of Ashwini Radars for the Indian Air Force. This order contributes to the company's total order book, which has reached ₹17,030 crore in the current financial year.
Tata Motors: The company’ subsidiary, Jaguar Land Rover, has reportedly shelved its plans to manufacture electric vehicles at Tata Motors’ new $1 billion factory in Tamil Nadu. This decision is attributed to challenges in balancing cost and quality for locally sourced EV components.
NTPC Green Energy: The company’s Shajapur Solar Project (Unit-1) has commenced commercial operations for its second and last part capacity of 50 MW.
Jubilant Pharmova: The company’ US-based subsidiary, Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals Inc., has received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) with Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) status from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Salisbury unit.
NHPC: The board of NHPC is scheduled to convene on 19th March to consider the borrowing plan for the financial year 2025-26.
Midhani: The Board of Directors of Midhani will also meet on 19th March 2025, to consider and approve an interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25), with the record date revised to 25th March 2025.
