Skyways Air Services's ₹582.80 crore initial public offering (IPO) entered its third day of public subscription today, August 26, 2026, with a price band of ₹131 to ₹138 per share. As of 10:10 A.M on the third day of bidding, the issue had been subscribed 2.63 times.

The IPO will remain open for subscription until 27 August 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on 28 August 2026, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on 1 September 2026.
