Sacheerome lists at ₹153 on NSE SME; 50% premium Over Issue Price

Sacheerome, a fragrance and flavour designer and manufacturer, made a solid debut on the NSE Emerge today. The shares listed at ₹153 per share, a 50% premium over its issue price of ₹102.

After a robust listing, Sacheerome’s share price briefly dipped to ₹145.35 but quickly rebounded, and was trading steadily around ₹153 as of 10:54 AM.

The SME IPO was a book-building issue of ₹61.62 crores, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 60.41 lakh equity shares. The IPO was open for public subscription from June 9, 2025, to June 11, 2025, during which investors placed bids for 125.76 crore shares as against 40.18 lakh shares offered. 

Funds raised through the public offering are expected to be used to set up a new manufacturing facility and for general corporate purposes.

Sacheerome Private Limited is a Delhi-based company engaged in the creation and manufacturing of fragrances, flavours, and aroma ingredients. Founded in 1992, Sacheerome serves a wide range of industries,  including personal care, home care, and food & beverages. 

They design and manufacture fragrance and flavours used in Personal Care & Wash, Body Care, Hair Care & Wash, Fabric Care, Home Care, Beverage, Bakery, Confectionery, Dairy Products, and various other industries. 

The company’s revenue from operations saw robust growth, increasing from ₹70.49 crore in FY 2022–23 to ₹85.10 crore in FY 2023–24, a year-on-year growth of 20.72%.
