Purple Style Labs Limited, the parent company of luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription on August 31, 2026. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the ₹680.00 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.18 crore equity shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The IPO will remain open until September 2, 2026, while the anchor investor portion will open for subscription on August 28, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 3, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 7, 2026.

As of March 31, 2026, the platform featured products from 1,109 active designer brands, including Seema Gujral, Anushree Reddy, Amit Aggarwal, and Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna. Its curated portfolio spans womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories, and kidswear, with a strong focus on wedding and occasion wear.
