Leela Hotels, operating under the brand Schloss Bangalore, made its much-anticipated debut on the Indian stock exchanges today. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) was priced at ₹435 per share, with the company aiming to raise approximately ₹3,500 crore.
On NSE, the shares were listed at ₹406 each, reflecting a discount of 6.67% compared to the issue price of ₹435 per share. On the BSE, the company’s shares debuted at ₹406.50, marking a discount of approximately 6.55% from the issue price.

The stock is showing little to no momentum and is hovering around ₹433
Currently trading at ₹430, Schloss Bangalore remains just below its issue price of ₹435.
The share price has continued its upward momentum, currently trading at ₹434.65, edging closer to the issue price of ₹435.
After a discounted listing, the share price rebounded by 5.58% to ₹428.65.
