JSW Infrastructure Ltd has reported a substantial increase in profitability for the fourth quarter of the financial year ended 2024-25.
For the January to March quarter of FY25, JSW Infrastructure's consolidated net profit rose by 56 percent year-on-year. The net profit stood at ₹515.58 crore, a significant jump from ₹329.08 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year. Profit before tax (PBT) also saw an increase from ₹275.91 crore in the previous quarter (Q3 FY25) to ₹581.35 crore in Q4 FY25.
The company's revenue from operations increased by 17% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,283.18 crore in Q4 FY25. This is compared to ₹1,096.38 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Total income for the quarter also rose, up 14.3% year-on-year to ₹1,371.9 crore, from ₹1,200.3 crore in Q4 FY24. Total expenses for Q4 FY25 were reported at ₹790.55 crore, a marginal increase from ₹782.93 crore in the year-ago quarter.
JSW Infrastructure posted strong Q4 FY25 results, with revenue from port operations rising to ₹1,152 crore from ₹1,096 crore in Q4 FY24. Logistics operations also showed sequential growth, with revenue increasing to ₹130 crore from ₹118 crore in the previous quarter. The company demonstrated robust growth, driven by higher revenue and improved operational performance.
At Market Closing, the shares of the company fell by 2.50% and closed at ₹293.
