About the company 

Ajax Engineering Limited, a prominent manufacturer of concrete equipment, offers a diverse range of machinery and solutions across the concrete application value chain. The company owns a 77% share (in FY 2024) in India's Self-Loading Concrete Mixer (SLCM) market. On top of that, 12% of the concrete produced in India is processed using these SLCMs only. 

IPO subscription 

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Ajax Engineering was open for subscription from February 10 to February 12, 2025. The issue received a robust response, the breakdown of subscriptions is as follows:

• Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): 6.47 times
• Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 1.93 times
