Ksolves India has already declared its interim dividend of ₹7.5 per share, with the record date being March 25, Tuesday. Mishra Dhatu Nigam has announced an interim dividend of ₹0.75 per share (March 25) while REC has announced it at ₹3.6 per share (March 26). TVS Motor Shares will trade ex-dividend on March 26, Wednesday, with the company having declared an interim dividend of ₹10 per share.

Karma Holdings will have a board meeting on Monday (March 24) to discuss the second interim dividend for FY 2024-25. The company has stated that if declared, it would be paid on the record date (March 28, Friday).

Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners is set for an allotment of 39,00,300 bonus equity shares of ₹10 each (1:1 ratio) for the record date of March 26. The board of KBC Global will be providing bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio with the record date fixed for March 28.
Bodhi Tree Multimedia has also declared 5,55,37,777 fully paid-up shares with a face value of ₹1 each at the issue price of ₹8 per rights equity share. The issue size is 44.43 crore with the ratio of the rights issue being 4 equity shares for every 9 equity shares held. The record date is March 24.
