The Company’s segments include Transmission, GTD Business, and Trading. The Transmission segment is engaged in providing transmission lines for transmission of power. The GTD Business segment is engaged in the generation, transmission, and distribution (GTD) of power business for Mumbai city (Mumbai GTD Business) and Mundra distribution. The Trading segment is involved in trading activity of goods. It owns and operates various high voltage AC transmission lines and substations of 132 kilovolts (kV), 220kV, 400kV, 765kV voltage level and high voltage DC transmission lines and substations of +/- 500kV voltage level. It has a portfolio of more than 19,700 ckt km of transmission lines and around 46,000 MVA of power transformation capacity. Its other businesses include smart metering, cooling solutions and others.;
