Studds Accessories IPO to Open on October 30, Check Price Band, Lot Size, and More

India’s largest manufacturer of two-wheeler helmets (in terms of revenue in FY 2024), Studds Accessories, is gearing up for a ₹455.49 crore initial public offering (IPO). The company has filed its red herring prospectus (RHP) on October 25, 2025. 

The IPO will open for public subscription on October 30, 2025, until November 3, 2025.

IPO Details

  • Issue Structure: As per the RHP, the IPO is a book-building issue of ₹455.49 crore, consisting entirely of an offer for sale (OFS) of 0.78 crore worth of shares from promoters and other selling shareholders.
     
  • Price Band: The price band is set between ₹557 and ₹585 per share.
     
  • Lot Size (for retail investors): 24 shares per lot

  • Minimum Investment (for retail investors): ₹14,625 per lot

  • Allotment & Listing: The basis of allotment will be finalised by November 4, 2025, and tentative listing on BSE and NSE is November 7, 2025.
     
  • Book-running Lead Managers: IIFL Capital Services Limited and ICICI Securities Limited are the book-running lead managers for the IPO.
     
  • Registrar: MUFG Intime India Private Limited
     
  • Use of Proceeds: As the IPO is entirely an offer for sale, the company will not receive any proceeds and will be directly allocated to the selling shareholders. 

About the Company 

Studds Accessories designs, manufactures, and sells two-wheeler helmets, two-wheeler luggage, gloves, helmet locking devices, rain suits, riding jackets and eyewear under the brand names ‘Studds’ and ‘SMK’. In FY 2025, the company has sold around 7.40 million helmets. 

The company is the largest two-wheeler helmet player in India (in terms of revenue in FY 2024) and the world’s largest two-wheeler helmet player (by volume in calendar year 2024).
