Updates from Groww: Discontinuation of Bill Payments and Mobile Recharge Services under Groww Pay

At Groww, we are constantly working towards simplifying your financial journey—whether it is investing, managing finances, online transactions, or bill payments. But sometimes, we need to take a pause and step back to focus on what really matters to most of our users. With our latest update, we would like to notify you of a significant update in our Bill Payments and mobile recharge services under Groww Pay, effective from 15th May, 2025.

What’s Changing?

Starting from 15th May, 2025, bill payment and mobile recharge services under Groww Pay have been discontinued for all users. This means you will no longer be able to pay utility bills (such as electricity, water, gas, mobile recharges, etc.) and do your mobile recharge services through Groww Pay.

Please note: If you have regular bill payments set up through Groww Pay, we recommend moving them to other trusted payment platforms to ensure you don’t miss any due dates.

What’s Still Available?
Everything else you love about Groww Pay continues as usual:

• Send and receive money
• UPI payments through QR codes, UPI IDs, and phone numbers
• Transfer funds instantly and securely
• Checking account balance and transaction history
  

Your UPI experience with Groww Pay remains fast, reliable, and fully operational.
