But sometimes, we need to take a pause and step back to focus on what really matters to most of our users. With our latest update, we would like to notify you of a significant update in our Bill Payments and mobile recharge services under Groww Pay, effective from 15th May, 2025.
What’s Changing?
Starting from 15th May, 2025, bill payment and mobile recharge services under Groww Pay have been discontinued for all users. This means you will no longer be able to pay utility bills (such as electricity, water, gas, mobile recharges, etc.) and do your mobile recharge services through Groww Pay.
Please note: If you have regular bill payments set up through Groww Pay, we recommend moving them to other trusted payment platforms to ensure you don’t miss any due dates.
What’s Still Available?
Everything else you love about Groww Pay continues as usual:
Your UPI experience with Groww Pay remains fast, reliable, and fully operational.
We understand that bill payments and mobile recharge services were a valuable feature for some of our users, and we truly appreciate your continued support as we focus on enhancing core payment and investment experiences on Groww.
