The company is strengthening its focus on its core operational areas, namely Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Real Estate development. It has a sharp focus on government infrastructure projects like hospitals, medical colleges, affordable housing, and airports to drive its growth. A key part of its strategy involves primarily enhancing the order book with government projects, which account for approximately 80% of its business. The company closed the 2023-24 financial year with a strong order book of ₹3,365 Crores, which is four times its revenue for the year.;
