Data Infrastructure Trust (Trust) is an India-based infrastructure investment trust. The investment objectives of the Trust are to carry on the activities of an infrastructure investment trust, which includes To raise funds in accordance with applicable law, for the purpose of attaining the investment objectives and purpose of the Trust and to make distributions to the unitholders. The Trust has only one asset, comprising Summit Digital Infrastructure Private Limited (SDIPL), which is engaged in Tower Infrastructure Business. SDIPL is primarily engaged in setting up, operating and maintaining passive tower infrastructure and related assets and providing passive tower infrastructure-related services. The Tower Infrastructure Business includes a network of ground-based towers (GBT), ground-based masts (GBM), roof-top towers (RTT), roof-top poles (RTP) and cell-on-wheels (COW). Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited is the investment manager of the Trust.;
