Shrem InvIT (the Trust) is an India-based company that is primarily engaged in the activity of an infrastructure investment trust. The Trust is involved in making investments in the project special purpose vehicles (SPVs) or infrastructure projects or securities of Indian companies engaged in the infrastructure sector. It includes hybrid annuity model (HAM) projects, annuity projects, annuity cum toll projects and toll projects. The Trust operates its projects in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Orissa and Chhattisgarh. The Trust owns, operates, and maintains a portfolio of 34 road assets that is located over nine states in India. The Trust has diverse investments in the hospitality, health care, real estate and infrastructure sectors. Shrem Infra Investment Manager Private Limited is the investment manager of the Trust.;
