IRB Infrastructure Trust is an India-based private trust. The Trust holds over 10 build-operate-transfer (BOT) road assets with 6,270 lane kilometers in the states of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Goa, Karnataka, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal. Its assets include the Kaithal Rajasthan Four Laning Project, Agra Etawah Six Laning Project, Hapur Moradabad Six Laning Project, Kishangarh Gulabpura Six Laning Project, Gulabpura Chittorgarh Six Laning Project, Udaipur Shamlaji Six Laning Project, Palsit Dankuni Six Laning Project, Solapur Yedeshi Four Laning Project, Yedeshi Aurangabad Four Laning Project, and Karwar Kundapura Four Laning Project. Its subsidiaries include IRB Westcoast Tollway Limited, Kaithal Tollway Limited, AE Tollway Limited, Udaipur Tollway Limited, and KG Tollway Limited. The sponsor of the trust is IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited. The trust's investment manager is MMK Toll Road Private Limited, and its trustee is IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited.;
