Scoda Tubes

Scoda Tubes Limited is a manufacturer of stainless steel tubes and pipes, operating in the iron and steel products sector in India. As the company plans to increase its production capabilities, it recognizes that additional working capital will be necessary to support this growth. To maintain financial health, the company will use funds from its proposed issue to partly fund the increased working capital requirements. A major part of its strategy involves expanding the production of seamless tubes and pipes at its existing factory in Kadi, Mehsana. The company is also setting up an additional manufacturing plant for welded tubes and pipes at a new location in Sarsav, Mehsana. These expansions are designed to increase production capacity for seamless tubes by 10,000 metric tons and for welded tubes by 12,130 metric tons annually.;
