Sanwaria Consumer Limited is an Indian food processing company whose primary operations involve processing oilseeds, refining crude edible oil, and manufacturing soya products for consumers. The company has adopted a key strategy to transition its conventional agro-based commodity business into a modern Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) enterprise. A core principle for the company is to ensure fairness for every stakeholder, as it believes that sound corporate governance is essential for building and retaining investor confidence. Its operations are strategically located in the heartland of India's soya and wheat belt, which gives it a major locational advantage by reducing logistics costs substantially.
