Its guiding mission is to help people realize their dream of owning a home through customized and ethical institutional credit support. The company operates through two key business segments: Individual Home Loans for buying property and Home Equity for loans against existing property. It serves both salaried and non-salaried individuals, including self-employed professionals, by offering a variety of customized home loan products to meet their needs. A major strength of the company is its strong brand presence in South India, especially in Tamil Nadu, complemented by a loyal customer base. As of March 2024, the company's network includes 168 branches and 44 satellite centers, totaling 212 points of presence across the country.;
