Naperol Investments Limited, established in 1954 and formerly known as National Peroxide Limited, is a public company listed on the BSE in Mumbai. Following a significant restructuring through a Composite Scheme of Arrangement, the company's main business has now shifted to investment activities designed to generate investment income. Simultaneously, it acquired long-term investments through the amalgamation of the former Naperol Investments Limited, cementing its new focus on investment and leasing.
