IVRCL Limited is a public company based in India, primarily engaged in the development and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects. Its main business is providing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) as well as Lump Sum Turn Key (LSTK) services. The company states its guiding philosophy is a belief in transparency, empowerment, accountability, and integrity in its operations. Crucially, the company is under a 'Liquidation as a going concern' process following a tribunal order from July 2019. Due to this liquidation, all powers of the Board of Directors have been suspended and are now held by a court-appointed Liquidator. The company is now looking forward to the successful completion of the sale process and a new management taking control.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.

4. Investors may please refer to the Exchange's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) issued vide circular reference NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
