IndInfravit Trust is an Indian infrastructure investment trust sponsored by L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited, focused on acquiring and managing road assets across India. The Trust's primary investment objectives are to carry on activities and make investments as an infrastructure investment trust, as permissible under the applicable law. A key initiative was establishing an in-house Project Manager to efficiently manage the assets of its various Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Its portfolio consists of one holding company and thirteen toll road projects, which are operated and maintained based on concessions granted by authorities like NHAI. To promote gender diversity, an all-women shift is operated at Bhilwara-Rajsamand Tollway Private Limited to achieve operational excellence and foster harmonious growth. The Trust has significantly enhanced operational efficiency, with toll collection through FASTag technology reaching approximately 98% during the financial year.;
