Hind Aluminium Industries Limited is a public company incorporated in India with its registered office located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company is engaged in manufacturing Wire Rods & Conductors and also operates in the power generation business through windmills and solar plants. Guided by a philosophy of good governance and teamwork, it aims to create long-term value for all its stakeholders. In a significant strategic move during the 2023-24 financial year, the company sold its Aluminium Division based in Silvassa. The company is now planning to explore new business opportunities, specifically looking to enter the Electrical, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector. Its existing renewable energy business generated ₹114.73 Lakh in revenue, showcasing its performance in this key operational segment.;

3. Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.

4. Investors may please refer to the Exchange's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) issued vide circular reference NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
